Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

All online orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday - Thursday. Orders received Friday - Sunday will be sent out the following Monday or next business day in the case of a holiday.

**Orders received on a holiday will be sent the following business day.

Sak Saum is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, etc. 

Sak Saum is not responsible for incorrect addresses. 

**If a package is returned to Sak Saum due to insufficient address or incorrect address and the original shipping method was "Free Shipping" Sak Saum will charge a fee of $6.00 to process a refund to cover the payment fees and costs incurred by Sak Saum. If the shipping method was not "Free Shipping" Sak Saum will not refund original shipping costs.

If the customer requests orders that have been returned to sender to be sent to a corrected address additional postage will be due for sending the package a second time.

Product prices online may be different than at events due to admin costs. We appreciate your understanding. 

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sak Saum purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of new, unworn, unwashed or defective items within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect must be in salable condition without evidence of wear and tear.

Due to the fragile nature of coconut materials, Sak Saum will not accept responsibility for broken or damaged coconut buttons or materials. 

Shipping costs are not provided for returns, other than manufacturer defect. 

All returns or exchanges must include your original sales receipt, the item(s) in question, and must be returned to Sak Saum through either direct return to a Sak Saum Advocate, or through a shipped return to an authorized location. All return shipments are required to be packaged properly in such a way as to prevent damage to the item. Additionally, notification to Sak Saum of the return must be made prior to the return of the item(s) so we can coordinate the return. Returns received without notification may be returned to sender or remain uncredited until such a time as contact is established, wherein the item will at that time be considered received and the 30-day rule applied.

UPDATE: Effective June 1, 2019 purchases of clearance or Last Chance merchandise are final. We will not be able to accept returns of these items.
